Vince casting a fly @ Devil's Lake.
Vince on his brand new Water Skeeter Pontoon Float Tube on it's 1st maiden fly fishing voyage.
A view across Devil's Lake.
Pan fried fresh Cutthroat Trout sprinkled with a hint of sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, and cooked on virgin olive oil = YUMMY!!!

I caught this beautiful 15" Cutthroat Trout within an hour of Fly Fishing. It sure put up a good fight with a 5wt Fly Rod ;-). The average fish size @ Devil's Lake is between 10" to 12"; therefore, I was lucky to get this little Trophy :-). The fishing was quite tough througout the day. I only caught this Cutty; unfortunately lost another trout when it jumped and spit the single barbless hook out. This Cutthroat Trout was fooled by a Micro Beadheaded Black with Red Sparkle Leech fly pattern.
Check out the BIG BELLY on this Cutthroat Trout.

The reason the Cutty had a big belly was because of these 5 Sculpin fish. These 2" spiny Sculpin fish were the stomach contents of this Cutthroat Trout.

My brother-In-Law Vince 1st Fly Fishing expedition with his new Water Skeeter Pontoon Float Tube :-).
Photo taken above Devil's Lake. We had to hike up and down 4 times to get in and out of Devil's Lake. The effort was definitely worth it. I had a "FUN"tastic float tube fly fishing experience on this new lake. This lake is less than an hour from my place :-). I gotta admit I will fish this lake again when I'm in better shape cause it sure was a challenge to haul all of my fly fishing gear up and down the steep and long hiking trail ;-).
Vince thanks again for another great Fishing Adventure :-)!!!

Arnold all geared up for a day of Fly Fishing with his Fish Cat Float Tube.

We are ready to do some Float Tube Fly Fishing @ Devil's Lake.
