The staff at Punto Miguel Resort grilled and barbequed my fish - a Jack Fish or "Talakitok", a Grouper or "Lapu-Lapu", and a couple of Dorados. YUMMY :-)!!!

Ian caught the biggest fish a Spanish Mackerel "Tanguingue".

The sand was light brown and quite fine. The Weather was perfect :-).

We arrived at Laiya, Batangas around 8:00 am.

The brilliant and stunning emerald colors of a Dorado. Dorados leap out of the water several times when hooked and put up a good fight specially on light tackle. The bait we used was a whole fresh squid trolled on the surface of the water.

Laiya, Batangas is a beautiful place. I definitely will go back to fish and explore this area again.
